I’ve successfully spearheaded branding, web presence, and knowledge management initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, from small and mid-size businesses to very large enterprises. My background in the IT sector is particularly strong and features a founding role at an SaaS startup as well as management positions in technical communication, information design, e-learning and interactive development.
I’m passionate about leveraging smart technology and novel design to engage, convert and retain customers. I enjoy taking the lead in digital engagement strategy, where my comprehensive background in customer experience design and integrated brand communication is enlisted to drive corporate vision and increase ROI.
